FORMING
For every article we choose the best suitable forming technology according to its features and final application:
Extrusion
Axial Pressing
Isostatic Pressing
PRE- SINTERING
Through this phase the part can reach consistency for further processes.
SINTERING
It is the core of the ceramic process and gives its final properties to the material, among which strength and homogeneity.
The parts are now placed in specific kilns and brought at high temperatures.
QUALITY CONTROL
The sintered components are checked according to some parameters such as dimensions and density.
FINISH PROCESSING
Grinding (used to achieve strict dimensional tolerances or special surface finishing)
Lapping (useful to reach maximum planarity of flat surfaces)
Polishing (to achieve extremely low roughness)
